Quest of Beard – Shipping Policy

At Quest of Beard, we ship with care. Every order is handled with attention, packaged properly, and sent with calm precision.

This Shipping Policy explains how delivery works for both in-stock and pre-order items.

1. Shipping regions

Quest of Beard ships from the Netherlands. Available shipping destinations are shown at checkout. If your country is not listed, we currently do not ship there.

2. Carriers

We ship with:

PostNL, and/or

DHL

 

The available carrier options will be shown at checkout depending on your destination and service availability.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before you complete your purchase.

Any free shipping offers (if applicable) will be clearly shown on the website at the time they apply.

4. Processing time (in-stock items)

If your item is in stock, we usually process and hand over orders within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

During peak periods, launches or promotions, processing may take slightly longer. If that happens, we keep you informed.

5. Pre-orders & Launch Batches (made-to-order)

Some Quest of Beard products are sold as pre-orders — especially during our launch and limited batches.

When you buy a pre-order item, it means:

your order is reserved first

production and preparation happen after the pre-order period

shipping happens once the batch is completed

 

Estimated shipping time for pre-orders:

3–6 weeks after you place your order (unless stated differently on the product page).

This estimate can vary due to production planning, supplier lead times, customs or carrier delays. If anything changes, we communicate clearly.

6. Mixed orders (in-stock + pre-order)

If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, we usually ship everything together once the pre-order items are ready. If you want partial shipping (where possible), contact us first at info@questofbeard.com and we will tell you the options.

7. Tracking

Once your parcel is handed over to PostNL or DHL, you will receive a tracking link by email (when available).

Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take some time to appear after the first scan.

8. Delivery address responsibility

Please check your address carefully before completing your order.

If an address is incomplete or incorrect and the parcel is returned to us, we can resend it, but additional shipping costs may apply.

If you need to change your address after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. If the order is already shipped, changes may not be possible.

9. Delays, lost parcels & delivery issues

If your parcel is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged:

Contact us at info@questofbeard.com with your order number.

If the parcel arrives damaged, include clear photos (outer box, product, shipping label). We handle carrier claims and follow-up in the background. You should not have to chase shipping companies.

10. Taxes, duties & customs

For orders shipped within the EU, VAT is included where applicable. If we ship outside the EU (if available), import duties or local taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer unless we explicitly state otherwise at checkout.
